Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item has an initial defect
  • You received a different item than what you ordered
  • Item differs from your impression (only when none of the conditions below apply)


However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery
  • The item has been used
  • The item was damaged or scratched after delivery
  • The item has been altered, resized, or modified
  • The item was specially ordered or customized
  • The item was purchased through resellers or secondary markets

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect order (our responsibility), we will bear the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment.
However, in cases where the return is due to customer preference, such as a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for both shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.

*Please note that we only refund the product price. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If your card has expired, the refund will be processed to your new card or linked bank account.
