Aftercare You Can Trust

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the item doesn’t match your expectations (excluding custom orders).Each piece comes in a complimentary gift case, and we’ll guide you on proper care.Akoya and formal pearl necklaces purchased at enwsp come with free, unlimited restringing (special finishes may incur a fee). Repairs are also available — just bring your item and warranty. Fees may apply depending on the condition.

Family-Friendly and Accessible

We warmly welcome visitors with young children — feel free to bring toys, and enjoy a relaxed visit with coloring books and pencils available in-store.Strollers are welcome, and the space is designed for comfort.We also accommodate guests using wheelchairs and offer written communication if needed.Please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance — we’re happy to assist.

■ From Higashi-Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line – Exit 3) – 3-minute walk
Take Exit 3 (Kabukiza Exit) and keep the main street (Harumi-dori) behind you.Walk straight down the narrow street between Kabukiza Theater (on your left) and Bunmeido confectionery shop (on your right).After about 100 meters, you’ll see Komoro Soba and Magazine House on the left, and Hanayama Udon on the right.Keep going straight — you’ll soon spot a unagi (eel) restaurant on your left and Natural Lawson convenience store ahead.enwsp Ginza is located on the right-hand corner at that intersection.

■ From Higashi-Ginza Station (Toei Asakusa Line – Exits A7 or A8) – 3-minute walk
Head to the intersection of Showa-dori and Ginza Marronnier-dori.Turn at the Big Vision men’s clothing store, located next to a FamilyMart, and walk straight ahead.

■ From Ginza Station (Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line, or Hibiya Line – Exit A7) – 12-minute walk
Exit from A7 and walk straight through the Ginza 2-chome intersection.Turn right onto the street with Chanel on the left and Louis Vuitton on the right, and continue straight.Cross Showa-dori at the pedestrian crossing and keep going.You’ll reach the corner with a Natural Lawson straight ahead and a unagi restaurant on the left.enwsp Ginza is just on the right-hand corner.

The Kabukiza underground parking lot is the most convenient option.

From Shinjuku-sanchome Station (Marunouchi, Fukutoshin, and Toei Shinjuku Lines – Exit C1) – 3-minute walk
After exiting to street level, with Starbucks behind you, walk straight to the right.
You’ll see a Doutor café — cross the street at the signal and continue straight ahead.
After about 50 meters, you’ll see another Starbucks on your right.
enwsp Shinjuku Store is located on the 1st floor of the Shinjuku Gyoen Building, right across from it.

From Shinjuku-gyoenmae Station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line – Exit 1) – 3-minute walk
With Exit 1 behind you, walk straight to the left.
You’ll pass APA Hotel Shinjuku-Gyoenmae on your way.
Continue straight for about 2 minutes, and you’ll arrive at enwsp Shinjuku Store.

From JR Shinjuku Station (East Exit) – 9-minute walk
From the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, face GUCCI and turn right.
Walk straight, and you’ll see Isetan on your left — keep going straight toward Marui (OIOI).
Continue walking, and you’ll find a Doutor Coffee on your right.
Cross the street at the signal in front of Doutor, then walk straight for about 50 meters.
You’ll see a Starbucks on your right.
enwsp Shinjuku Store is located on the 1st floor of the Shinjuku Gyoen Building, right across from Starbucks.

From Shinsaibashi Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line – North Gate, Exit 3) – 3-minute walk
From Exit 3 of the North Gate at Shinsaibashi Station, walk straight north along the west side of Midosuji Boulevard.
At the third intersection, you’ll see Tesla on the corner.
Turn left between Tesla and W Osaka Hotel, and you’ll find our Shinsaibashi store at the first corner.

From Honmachi Station (Osaka Metro Midosuji Line – Exit 13) – 6-minute walk
From Exit 13 of Honmachi Station, walk toward Midosuji Boulevard and turn right at the intersection (heading south).
Continue straight, and you’ll see Namba Shrine on your right.
Keep walking past W Osaka Hotel, and turn right at the next street.
Our Shinsaibashi store is located at the opposite corner of the first intersection.

By Car
For those arriving by car, limited parking (1–2 spaces) is available.

From Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station (Hankyu Kyoto Line – Central Gate)※1
  From Karasuma Station (Hankyu Kyoto Line – East Gate)※2
  From Shijo Station (Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line – North Gate)※3

A 5-minute walk from Exit 12 (Kyoto Shinkin Bank Exit) of the underground passage along Shijo Street.
Exits 1–3 are connected via the underground walkway, making it convenient to walk to Exit 12 from any of the stations (approx. 5 minutes inside the station).
After exiting at Exit 12, cross the intersection on Shijo Street and walk straight north along Tominokoji Street.
Pass through Nishiki Market, and you’ll find our Kyoto Shijo Store just ahead at the next corner.

Warranty and Repairs

Our warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.
If a repair is required within the warranty period, we will cover the repair costs free of charge.
Please note, however, that if the damage is due to misuse or depending on the condition of the item, repair fees may apply.

For Customers in Japan
You may bring the item to any enwsp store or send it to enwsp Customer Support.
Shipping fees for sending the item to us are the responsibility of the customer.

For Overseas Customers
You may bring the item to an enwsp store when visiting Japan, or send it to enwsp Customer Support.
Even during the warranty period, round-trip international shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Tax-free shopping is available for:

・The name on your credit card must match your passport.
・Tax-free procedures cannot be completed without a valid passport, so please be sure to bring it with you.
・If you entered Japan via an automated gate and do not have an entry stamp, we cannot process tax exemption without proof of your entry date.
・Tax-free purchases are not available for online orders. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, you can take home completed items on the same day.
However, if you request adjustments such as length changes, clasp replacements, special processing, or if the item is made to order, it will be prepared for pickup at a later date.

We’re sorry, but we do not offer repair or processing services for items that were not purchased from our store.
We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciation in this matter.
