Items are covered under warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Repair services are available only for items purchased from our brand.
Within the warranty period, repair costs are free (shipping fee to be borne by the customer).

*Even within the warranty period, repairs may be charged depending on the nature of damage or misuse.
*We do not cover lost pearls or items.

Also, please be aware that items purchased through resale (third-party sellers) are not eligible for the quality warranty, after-sales service, returns, or exchanges.

Yes, we can repair it.
If an item is damaged, please contact us via email or phone first. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return the item, repair costs, and the necessary procedures.
Please note that repair fees and shipping costs vary depending on how much time has passed since the product was delivered.

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Free repair (Shipping fees covered by our store)
  • From 8 days to less than 6 months: Free repair (Shipping fees covered by the customer)
  • 6 months or more: Paid repair (Shipping fees covered by the customer)

Please note:

  • Fees may apply for damage caused by misuse or depending on the product's condition.
  • In some cases, free repair may be possible depending on the shape of the product or the state of the damage.
  • We cannot offer repairs or after-sales service for items purchased through resale (third-party sellers).

Yes, we can create just one side of the earrings.
However, please note that this may not be possible for some items.
We will check if creation is possible, so please contact us with your order information and details about the item's condition. We will then provide you with a quote and further instructions.

If the silicone cover comes off, please follow the steps below to reattach it.

How to attach the silicone cover:

  1. Align the hole in the center of the silicone cover with the plate on the back of the earring and insert it.
  2. Support the earring body with your fingers, place the silicone cover on the pad of your other finger, and push it in firmly.
  3. Installation is complete when the silicone cover firmly covers the plate with no gaps or misalignment.
  • If you find it difficult to attach the cover yourself, please contact Customer Support. We will handle it for free within the warranty period (6 months from the delivery date).
  • Please note that the shipping costs for sending the item to us will be borne by the customer.
