I purchased this as a gift.
I'll write about its characteristics. About the shape
Some of the pearls are slightly off-round, but overall they're well-balanced. (As shown in the photo.) About the color
White/cream. The color changes depending on the light; in low light, they appear matte. Under bluish light like fluorescent light, they appear whiter and more translucent. About scratches
If you look closely, you can see some small scratches, but they're not noticeable from a distance. They have a formal impression. About luster and brilliance
Depending on the light, they reflect light like a mirror, clearly highlighting their surroundings, which is probably a characteristic of nucleated pearls. These pearls have a strong brilliance. Combined with the pale cream color of the actual pearl, they sometimes appear heavy, almost gold. This likely indicates a thick layer of nacre.
However, the interference colors are different from those of Akoya pearls, which are known for their aurora color. (The prices vary considerably, though. ^^;)
I think this is one of the characteristics of nucleated freshwater pearls. Overall When you see them as an accessory to actually wear, the size, color, and sparkle are impressive and flattering, and they're sure to inspire confidence in anyone who wears them. I think this necklace strikes an excellent balance between quality and price.
