All items come with a branded case and quality guarantee certificate.
Items are securely packed with cushioning materials for safe delivery.

A ribbon will be added to the standard packaging.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Cancellation

You may cancel your order (or selected items) before shipping.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused items and only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please check your items upon arrival. We may not be able to assist if the return window has passed.

*In case of returns for customer convenience, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Initial defects
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchanges/returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of item arrival.
Requests for other reasons or outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after more than 8 days
  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items that have been altered or customized
  • Custom-made items ordered specifically
  • Items purchased through resale

Repairs

Items are covered under warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Repair services are available only for items purchased from our brand.
Within the warranty period, repair costs are free (shipping fee to be borne by the customer).

If you wish to request a repair, please contact Customer Support.

*Repairs outside the warranty period will incur a fee.
*Even within the warranty period, repairs may be charged depending on the nature of damage or misuse.
