Product Sales
Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.
However, orders for out-of-stock or custom items may take up to 3 weeks.
Shipping methods: International - DHL Express; Domestic (Japan) - Yamato Transport.
Defective Products
Please check your order when it arrives. In the following cases, we'll exchange the item free of charge or refund your purchase:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is damaged or soiled, or defective on arrival, such as a pearl or stone that has come off, failed adhesive, or a faulty clasp or fitting
If an item is defective on arrival or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and send it back to us.
Returns
If you wish to return a non-defective item for personal reasons, please contact us and return it within 14 days of receipt.
Note: For returns due to a change of mind, you pay the return shipping and any customs duties and related charges due on arrival in Japan.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 15 days have passed since delivery
- Item has been used
- Item was damaged after delivery
- Item has been altered or customized
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items purchased through resellers or secondary markets
